Payment and Shipping

We ship worldwide
Unless specified, the exact shipping fee for your selected destination will be displayed during the order checkout process, on or before order confirmation. Please note international orders may attract customs duties and taxes. As the recipient, you are liable for all import duties, customs and local sales taxes levied by the country you are shipping to. As we are unable to advise the amount this may be, please check with your local customs authority prior to placing an order.

We promise to protect your personal information. Any page at www.ailens.com that asks you for personal information is highly secure.
Our secure servers protect your information using advanced encryption and firewall technology throughout the ordering process. Most browsers will show a lock icon in the bottom status bar on secure pages. Look for this icon on any web page that asks for your personal information.
To further ensure your security, we use 2048-bit SSL certificate (Secure Sockets Layer) encryption to protect your personal information from unauthorized use.

Returns & refunds

Our customers are entitled to a refund or replacement if the item is faulty.
Our policy under these circumstances is that if you contact us within 7 days after receiving your order and your items are faulty and the defect was not pointed out to you before you purchased it; you will be entitled to a refund at the purchase price.
If you do not return the item within 7 days, you will not be entitled to a refund at the purchase price but you will be entitled to a replacement product of equal value. Refunds can only be credited using original method of payment.
Please send all items back to us 'as new' and with all packaging included to:

Once your items have been received by our warehouse, please allow 7 working days for us to process your return. (Original delivery fees are non-refundable for international orders).
